Gardyloo Gully (II) (20.03.2010)

Ascent of Ben Nevis via Gardyloo Gully with James and Suzana. We'd soloed the bottom part of the route because the snow was in good shape and pretty solid, but by the time we got near to the ice tunnel it was time to rope up! James led this. Had lunch inside the old observatory and then took the Carn Mor Dearg arete as a descent route back down to the Allt a Mhuillin. Grand day out, finished off with a drive back to Kinlochleven for a late dinner and hot shower!
